A stylish shop located just off the street in Kumamoto City. Is this Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)? I was nervous when I entered the store. I used it for a work party and reserved an all-you-can-drink (110 minutes). There are several flavors of soup, and the one at my table was miso. I think of offal as ``marucho'', but it's plump, tender, and flavorful, and very delicious. Eat several kinds of vegetables at the same time, including chives, and it's nutritious and warming. Lastly, the final dish is Champon noodles. This, combined with the delicious soup, is very delicious. If I had to say it strongly, I wish there were a little more offal in it. I wish I had added it... Speaking of luxury, I think it would be nice to have a private room. I felt good after drinking alcohol, and thank you for the meal! !
