熊本でこういう本格的な料亭風のてんぷら屋さんって他ないですよね。
ってくらいなかなか高級なお店でした。
某法人会の先輩に誘われて行ったのですが、カウンター席に座り、お任せでてんぷらを揚げてもらいます。
ひとしなひとしな、出てくるたびに、これは塩で、これは天つゆで・・・みたいに説明を受けながら頂きます。
どれもサクサクっと揚がっていて、食べやすい量、食べやすい熱さなど。
ちょっと私も緊張感持ちながら頂く感じでした(笑)
いや～こういうお店にさらっと入店して彼女や奥様と食事というものいいでしょうね～。
今度は自分でちゃんと払います。今回は先輩のごちそうになってしまいました。
