熊本にある『洋食の橋本』
ここのために来てるんじゃないかといつも思ってしまう程、感動を受けている。
女将はとても素敵な方で、田舎ならではの本格洋食店の事を語られてました。
東京にあったら大行列か予約困難店間違いなしです。
お店のお休みの兼ね合いもあり、先の予約は取れず
小まめに連絡しないと予約取れませんが、
それでも年一、二回は通ってます。
他のコースをいつも食べたいと思っても、
やはりカツカレーがどうしても食べたくて頼んでしまう。
近所に引っ越して来たい…
東京にもこんなお店があったらなぁ。
