早速訪問。
「レディースプランB」のコースを頂きました。
内容

アスパラ、人参、トマト、苺、マグロ、貝
新鮮なお野菜の甘みとマグロの旨みが最高でした。

天草産の雲丹を使用しているとの事。
とろっとして濃厚な味でした。
なんて贅沢な、、、最高！
・スープ
野菜ときのこによる旨味の相乗効果なのか、ブイヨンが奥深い味でした。
程よい火加減で野菜の形が残る柔らかさ。
手が込んでますね。
・お魚料理
太刀魚とホタテのムースのベーコン巻き
太刀魚がふっくら仕上げられており、口に入れた瞬間ほろっとなりました。
・お肉料理
今回選んだのは、、
婦人のための和牛ステーキ
ナイフがスッゥと入るくらい柔らかなお肉でした。
これがまたソースも美味しいんです。
しっかりパンにつけて頂きましたよ♪
・デザート
ババロア
とろっとつるっとした食感。
美味しくてすぐに平らげました。笑
パッションフルーツのシャーベット、最中
酸味と甘みのバランス、最中との相性も良かったです。
料理の味は勿論ですが、
盛り付け、お皿からもこだわりも感じました。
このレベルのお店は、東京だと2倍以上のお値段出さないと食べられないと思います。
熊本来たら、ぜひ訪れてみてほしいお店です。
