熊本市中央区中唐人町にある【塩胡椒】さんにお邪魔です。
駐車場は無いので、斜め前のコインパーキングに駐車しました。
店内は入ってすぐ右手に階段があるのだ2階にも席があるのかな？一階は奥にテーブル席が複数あります。

【内容】
◯サラダ
イタリア パルマ産 生ハムのサラダ。レタス・グリーンリーフ・トレビス・トマト・オニオンスライスと一緒に生ハムを食べると美味しいサラダです。
◯パン
バケットはおかわり出来ます。そして一緒に豚肉と6種類の香辛料で作ったパテが一個まるまる使えますのは嬉しいです。
◯スープ
トマトのポタージュスープでした。酸味と旨味のバランス良く美味しい。
◯メイン
仔羊の煮込み。トマト一緒に煮込んであり、驚く程柔らかいです！お肉にしっかりと味が付いておりGOOD！
ソースにバケットを付けて食べても美味しい。
◯ドリンク
紅茶にしました。
パンやお冷やのおかわりは言わなくても女性スタッフさんが回って来て確認してくれます。
古民家のような雰囲気のお店で、ゆったりとランチを楽しみました。美味しかったです！ご馳走さまでした！
