平日13:30過ぎにミシュランのビブグルマン掲載のこのお店に訪問。
この時間でも満席に近く、運良く一席空いていたので待つことなく入店。
駐車場は店舗向かって右側に6台ほどあります。
店内はテーブル席のみとなっています。
早速気になっていた御膳二色そば(発芽そば切りと更科そばの盛り合わせ)の大盛をオーダーするも更科そばが大盛分の用意ができず、お店の方の提案で「二色そば」に「田舎そば」を付けた変則三色そばにてオーダー。
待つこと約15分で料理提供。
どのお蕎麦も良い歯応えと喉ごしが良い。
発芽そば(写真真ん中のお蕎麦)は蕎麦の香りが強く、更科そば(白いお蕎麦)は更に喉ごしが良く甘みを感じ、田舎そば(一番黒いお蕎麦)は蕎麦の細さが異なっていて変化があって良かったです。
接客も忙しいなかでも非常に丁寧で気持ちの良いお店でした。
