熊本最初の食事はこちらのいろはさんへ⁉︎
理由はレバサシ&もやし炒めがとっても気になるから
レバ刺しはともかくもやし炒めが名物って
あまり聞いたことないしね？
さて平日の13時ごろに入店しましたが先客は
4組ほどやはり平日のお昼は空いてるようだ
店内は思ったより広くカウンターからテーブル席
さらに座敷もあり
最速でビール&レバ刺し&馬刺しを注文です
ビールを飲みながら待ってるとレバ刺し登場❗️
レバ刺しは薄くカットされていい食感で美味しい
タレが最初からかけられていてこのタレが馬すぎだ
続いて馬刺しの登場‼️こちは霜降りなので
美味いに決まってるヤツ❗️甘い醤油にニンニク付けて
いただきます。当然ビールを追加
最後は名物のもやし炒め&馬ホルモンを注文です
もやし炒めは評判通りの美味さこれは必ず食べるべき‼️
そして馬ホルモン登場⁉︎なかなかの香り
これは好き嫌いがはっきりと分かれそう
歯応えもすごいのでけっこうアゴが疲れます
馬ホルモンともやしを交互に食べて両方とも完食です
初めはもやし炒めなんて何処でも同じじゃぁないか？
と思ってたがいろはさんのもやし炒めは絶品です‼️
熊本に来たら必ずまた来ます。
