外国のお客さんをカジュアル目にランチ接待する目的で予約。
店構えはいい雰囲気。カジュアル目とはいえ、一応接待なのでほどよく品があるのがいいですね。
食事や対応はいまいちでした。赤牛はおいしくいただきましたが、一文字ぐるぐるは何かの匂いが気になります。締めのご飯は土鍋で炊かれているのですが、ふたを開けるとすでにさめてる。
配膳はお客さんからではなく、近い方から。これでは困ります。せっかくの郷土料理なので、料理の説明も欲しかったです。
