焼肉 八虎。
熊本市の街中にある焼肉屋さんです。
寒い冬に嬉しいスンドゥプを求めて来訪しました。
店内の1Fはテーブル席オンリー。
2Fもあるようですね。

さて、昼間から焼肉とお酒が楽しめるメニューと雰囲気。
ソーシャルディスタンスもしっかりされており、入店時には手指の消毒、検温と感染症対策。
旨辛スンドゥプチゲセット (750円)を注文。
10分弱ほどでの提供です。
グツグツと煮えたぎるスンドゥプ。
ライス、やみつきキャベツのセット。
まずはやみつきキャベツから頂きます。
赤い唐辛子のようなものが降りかかっていますが、辛味はありません。
千切りのキャベツは水々しくフレッシュ。
ドレッシングの味わいも自分好み。
これは確かに箸が止まらなくなります。
そしてメインのスンドゥプはなかなかボリュームがあります。
スプーンですくってみると、一丁の半分ほどでしょうか。
たっぷりのお豆腐が激熱な状態。
コクとほどよい辛味のあるスープと相まって、ご飯ともベストマッチ。
細切れの牛肉、しめじ、ニラ、生卵の黄身と具沢山。
これは満足度の高い一品です。
ご馳走様でした。
焼肉メニューも気になりますし、ぜひとも再訪したいと思います。

八虎へ久々の来訪です。
焼肉も美味しいですが、ランチで選択したのは赤牛の牛すじカレー。
セットでお値段は800円。
やみつきキャベツ、ワカメスープ付き。
ライス大盛り無料サービスという、まさに至り尽せり。
牛すじカレーはまさに本格派。
スパイスも効いていて、マイルドな辛さ。
中辛よりやや甘口寄りといった感じで、まさに万人向け。
何よりトロトロに煮込まれた牛すじ肉が秀逸。
口の中で溶ろけます。
山盛りで冷え冷えのやみつきキャベツ。
まさにお口直しにピッタリ。
ワカメスープも良い塩梅でホッコリ。
ご飯も大盛りで食べ応え抜群です。
