熊本駅から歩いて五分少々の住宅街の中に家族運営のこちらのお店があります。
ミシュラン2009フランス人向けに掲載されたお店だそうです。
メニューを一通り見てたら、濃厚豆腐と言うも文字に引っ掛か...
以前は｢おはこ｣という名前で熊本駅近くにありましたが、一品づつ安定した味で出していただくお店という印象ありましたが、移転して駅から少し遠くなり名前も現在の名前に変更されました。

近くの焼き鳥屋さんで飲んでいて二次会での利用でした。
歩いていたら、近くに隠れ家居酒屋があるって聞いてたんですけど、まさかの路地裏にありました！
