We had horse Yakiniku (Grilled meat) the day before and it was delicious, so we had horse Yakiniku (Grilled meat) for lunch. We visited at 12:35 with two people. We were guided to a table seat at the back of the restaurant. We looked at the menu and saw that there was a set of horse meat and red beef, so we ordered it. We could choose the amount of rice, so we asked for a large serving for free. The food was served quickly. There were 5 customers before us and 3 customers after us. We ordered the Hino Kuni set, 2,500 yen including tax. Stewed horse innards, 800 yen including tax. Total, 3,300 yen including tax. The Hino Kuni set was a set of horse tsurami, horse himo, horse heart, red beef, grilled vegetables, kimchi, miso soup, and rice. It seems that horse innards are usually included, but they were replaced with horse himo. The charcoal-grilled horse meat and red beef were delicious. The marinade was also sweet and good. We ordered the stewed horse innards as a single item, put it on rice, sprinkled shichimi on it, and ate it heartily. We enjoyed the Kumamoto cuisine. It was delicious, so we would like to go again. Thank you for the meal.
