熊本市東区戸島、日赤通りから一本外れた通り沿いにある『十割そば太郎』さんに、土曜日の昼御飯でお邪魔しました！
駐車場はお店の周囲に広めの駐車スペースが確保されていますので、安心です。
席に案内されると、先ずはお蕎麦の種類など詳しく説明をして頂けます☆彡
とにかく蕎麦の種類やメニューが豊富で悩むのですが、今回は食べ比べが出来る「二色そば(御膳そば＆田舎そば)」にしてみました♪
二色そば(御膳そば＆田舎そば)

蕎麦の説明を記載しておきます！
更科そば…玄蕎麦の中心部のみで打った白く甘みのある蕎麦。
石臼そば…甘皮部分を含みモチモチとした食感で噛みしめる程、香りが際立ちます。
御膳そば…玄蕎麦の胚芽粉のみで打ち透明感があり甘みのある最高級の更科蕎麦。出汁をつけなくても美味しい蕎麦。
田舎そば…玄蕎麦の全て（1.2.3番粉）で打ち黒っぽくザラザラした舌触りがある蕎麦。蕎麦アレルギーが出る場合がありますのでご注意ください。
十割そばの段階でモチベーションが上がっているのですが、どちらもコシは強めで、御膳そばは透明感のある済んだ味がしまして、田舎そばは良い意味で蕎麦らしい風味がしました！どちらも美味しかったのは間違い無いです。蕎麦湯で最後の一滴まで堪能できました(*^^)v
