噂を聞いてはいたものの、ちょいと気軽に訪ねるにはある種の決断がいる場所でした。車でいく選択もありましたが、酒が飲めない！

大阪は北新地にあるミシュランお断りの完全紹介制寿司「多田」の大将が、
熊本の寿司ならこことすすめたと聞いて、熊本に帰ったタイミングでランチに訪問した。
クルマ以外ではバスでないととても行けない...
1万2000円のコースを頼みました。
付き出しから、金目鯛の煮付け、鯖のあぶり、などを軽くつまんでから、握りへ。
丁寧な握りで、おいしいです。
まあ、1人1万2000円もだせば、そら、まずいわけ...
店の外観観てから行って良かったです。
店ののれんも「匠六」でした。
11：30に着いたら休み明けで時間がかかる（シャリがまだ）と言われ、待つ事20分。

いつもは気づかず通り過ぎていたところにお寿司やさんを
見つけました。ほかのところでの口コミも評判が良いので
入ってみました。
オススメのお寿司一人前1000円から、あるそうです。
