休日の11時半ころ家族3人で入店。
すでに満員で1組待ち。
予約システムに入力して入り口付近の椅子で待ちます。
15分ほど待って掘りごたつ式の座敷に通されました。
土用丑の日にうなぎを食べることができなかったので、ここは奮発して特上うなぎめし（5000円ちょっとだった？？）を注文。
15分ほどで運ばれてきたうなぎめしは1匹以上の肉厚のうなぎのかば焼きがお重に入っています。
かば焼きの香りだけでご飯が進みそうな感じです。
まずは肝吸い。
大きい肝の入ったお吸い物は少し甘めの薄味。
うなぎの味を邪魔しないものです。
うなぎのかば焼きは全体にふっくら柔らかといった感じで、関東で出される皮パリパリとはちょっと違います。
ただ、国産のうなぎを使っているので肉厚感は半端ないです。
見た目の量よりも食してからの満腹感のほうが勝っていますので、この値段にして味・量とも当然といった感じです。
やはり、うなぎは有名店に限る、でしょうか。
