熊本市にある山本屋食堂さんへお邪魔しました。
かなり昔からやってる古いお店みたいで地元の人からもかなり愛されてるみたいです。
二日酔いなのでうどん１択でいきます。
１３時過ぎですがお客さんも多く賑わってました。
メニューは種類も多いですが値段はセットだけは若干お高めです。
■肉うどん（６８０円）
味、普通に美味いです。
出汁は結構甘めで濃いめですね。（あまり経験のない味の印象）
麺は太過ぎずちょうど良く出汁にあってます。
店員さんは常に気を配ってて優しいです。
夜もやってるみたいですね。
