老舗ですわな。
何度か無くなりかけたらしいがな。
先代の奥方と息子さんでやっておられるのかと思えば、
どうやらお孫さんだそうで。明朗快活な良い雰囲気のかたであるな。
名前はしらんが、ぶたはワタルと脳内で呼ぶことにした。
橋を渡るからワタルではないのだが、理由はおもしろかっこいいぜ？
さて・・・ぶたセンサー的には・・・ニラタマかレバニラ。
ここは後者を。注文して３分で出てきた。忙しいランチタイムに素晴らしい。
そういえば奥の席は「予約席」であった。予約できるんやな。
で、テーブル席などは相席になっていた。まぁええんちゃう。
で。味付けは甘めだが、くどかったりはしない。
むしろレバニラには最適解とも思える加減ではなかろうか。
味噌汁は具沢山でよいな。ご飯も多い。御船町程ではないが。
ポテサラは甘めだがぶたは好きよ。なにげに冷奴が良い仕事しておる編成だな。
外にアマビエ的な看板が。
