今回は会社営業発表 会議後の
忘年会！
熊本市西銀座通りの火蓮さんへ。
お店は三階と四階があり四階のフロアに
案内されお邪魔しました。
明るくキレイな店内です。
部屋は掘り炬燵の個室でした...
年に一度の贅沢三昧 生タラバ蟹、渡りガニ、ヒレ酒で忘年会のスタート(*^^*)
今回は炙り焼き 火蓮さんへ。
毎年恒例の贅沢イベント。

かなり大ぶりでなんと三キロアップ！！！

刺身も美味しかったですが、特に鍋が無茶苦茶美味かった！
暑い日の鍋もありです。
また食べたいと思いました。
雑居ビルの3階にあります。
個室になっており、席は綺麗です。
店員さんは若い方が多く、
こちらから確認しないと不安な点がありました。
結論、値段の割に満足度は低かったです。
マイナスだった点...
掘りごたつの個室でゆっくりできました。タッチパネルの端末から注文する形態がとられ頼み易かったのですが、実物とのギャップと飲み物のコスパがちょっと気になりました。赤牛と馬刺し、お肉のパイ包はまた食べたく...
注文から提供までがメニューによりばらつきがあり、バランス良く食せなかった。
個室は良いが、通路を店員がバタバタしていた。
アルコールなしで、大人3人と小学低学年2名で28,000円支払ったが、料理...
馬刺し、馬ひもとあか牛味比べ、焼き魚どれもとても美味しゅうございました！
ただ、高菜ご飯は、好みかも知れませんが炊き込み風？

料理も対応も良く、安心して紹介出来るお店。
特に関心したのは室温が丁度良く、細かな気遣いを感じた。
