友人との飲み会で、去年利用させて頂いた 炙り焼き 火蓮 さんにお邪魔です。
店内は、明るく掘りごたつの個室のお店です。
今回は、コース料理をオーダーしました。
お造りは、サーモンが脂が乗ってて美味しかったです。
鰈の味噌焼きは、ふんわり焼きあがってます。
マイワシの天ぷらは、お塩で頂きました。
ハモの切り落とし！もみじおろしが効いてますね。調子に乗って日本酒をペアリングです。
鶏モモのグリルは、ジュシーです。
前回は、単品で頼みましたが会席仕立てのコースはGOODです。
