お店は3Fと、4Fにフロアがあり、今回は4Fの『火蓮離れ』にご案内して頂けました！！
店内の内装に感動です！
落ち着いた完全個室に掘り炬燵席。
お洒落な植栽に大人な空間造り。
大切な食事会に最適だと思います！！
今回はおまかせ会席コース（飲み放題付）を頂きました！
アコウの薄造りとアコウ鍋、あか牛をメインとした会席料理。
旬食材を活かした和食創作。
感服です！！！

『炙り焼き 火蓮』さんにお邪魔致しました！
二度目の訪問です。
このご時世なので、コロナ対策のお店を検索して
いたら火蓮さんがヒットしたので、予約をしてお邪魔です。
やっぱり完全個室だと、安心出来ますw
店内にはしっかりと、手の消毒をして入店。
今回は、アラカルトにて注文です。
・ヒラメの薫製カルパッチョ
鮮度の良いヒラメです。薫製の香りがGood！
・生湯葉と炙り帆立
やっぱり湯葉は美味しいです！
炙り帆立の香ばしさと、旨味が絶妙です。
・あか牛ザブトンのうにのせ
あか牛ザブトン。脂の乗りが程良く肉本来の旨味に
贅沢な生うにが乗っており、かなり美味しい！！
他にも、真鯛の木の芽蒸し、黒豚レタス巻き、
マグロの炙り焼きなどを頂きました！！
お腹いっぱい頂きました。
