自分も市街地に行きたいという相方を連れて。
関西人だから、相変わらず都一に行きたがるけどw
そんなに粉物食べたいんかいw
この間行ったから違うとこにしよ、と説得してこちらに。
お店の雰囲気抜群で個室。お料理の種類が豊富だから、どんなシチュエーションにも対応出来そうなお店。
飲まない相方がいたので、久しぶりにお酒もちょこっと飲みました。
お通しはアワビ。
お料理は
あぶりホタテと生湯葉
アジのお刺身
厚切りタンのステーキ
竹豆腐
揚げ茄子の柚子胡椒
他色々たのみました。
全体的に美味しい！
これといって群を抜くお料理があるわけではないのですが、レベルが高く創作料理も珍しい、定番の郷土料理も揃えてあるので、県外からの知人とや、おもてなしにはいいお店ですね。全体的に逸品料理の味は濃い目です。
コスパは市街地に来たらこれが普通かなー。といった感じ。遅くに行くと売り切れのお品も多いので確認してみて下さい！
特に美味しかったのがアジのお刺身。生臭くなく、今までにないくらい、非常に脂がのっていて、身が分厚かった！
あと竹に入ったクリーミーなお豆腐も絶品！
最近人気の、デザート豆腐に近いような食感。
滑かなプリンみたいで大豆の甘さがダイレクトに伝わるおいしさでした。
牛タンも100gでしたが十分な量で、ムギュっとしたあの大好きな食感をレアで頂けるから、牛タン好きにはたまりません。付け合わせのグリルされた野菜までも激うま♡
店員さんも心地よい気遣いをして下さって満足〜。
