県庁入り口交差点の近くにあるこじんまりしたお店で、ビルの一階にあります。今回購入したのは、コルネパイとアップルパイとフィナンシェです。まず、コルネパイですが、サクサクのパイ生地にたっぷりのカスタードクリームと生クリームが入っています。注文後にクリームを詰めてくれます。アップルパイは、サクサクパイの上にシャキシャキ感が残ったリンゴ、パイはキャラメリーゼされています。フィナンシェはバターの風味が良かったです。
