I used it for dinner during a business trip to Kumamoto. The store is located on the second floor of a building along Ginza Dori, a short walk from Kumamoto's downtown area, Shingai. I visited around 8:30pm on a weekend night after calling last minute to confirm availability. I ordered ``Pork balls'' (880 yen), ``Basashi red meat'' (1500 yen), and ``Oolong tea'' (400 yen). It is a private room, and orders can be placed using a touch panel. This restaurant serves both Kansai-style and Hiroshima-style dishes, but this one tried the Kansai-style one. After the drinks, the horse sashimi came. When you come to Kumamoto, you have to eat horse sashimi. Horse sashimi topped with plenty of garlic and soy sauce has a unique flavor that is irresistible. As I waited while picking at the horse sashimi, the main dish of Okonomiyaki arrived. There is no iron plate in the private room, so the food is cooked in the kitchen and served on the iron plate. It was a fluffy Kansai-style Okonomiyaki that was more than delicious. Since it is a private room, it seems to be convenient for various purposes, and above all, it is a restaurant where you can eat delicious Okonomiyaki, so I think it is a very useful restaurant.
