みなさん馬肉は好きですか？私は好きです。
関東住まいの私には馬肉好きだという友人が一人もおらず、また（お、馬肉食べたい）と思っても気軽に美味しい馬肉に出会えるお店がなく完全にレアモン、幻、というイメージがついていました。
ひょんなことから熊本に行くことになりガイドブックを見てみると「馬肉！馬刺し！桜鍋！」と文字が並んでいて驚きました。
え、熊本の人は馬肉スタンダードなの？熊なのに？（関係ない）
いや、これは行くっきゃない！と思い同行する友人に馬肉食べようやと言おうとしたら馬肉の「ば」あたりで行こう！！！と言われました。最高。
そんなこんなで熊本に降り立ち馬肉屋を探して彷徨う二人（菅乃屋行こうとしたら満席でした）。
インターネッツで探したところこのお店がヒットしたので訪問しました。
店内は狭めのローカル居酒屋のような感じ。
中へ入ると馬刺し盛り！とか馬すじ！とか天国のようなメニューが並んでいました。ここが天国に一番近いんじゃね？と思いながら馬刺し5種盛りを頼みました。
馬刺しが来てもう大興奮！知らない名前の部位が書かれた肉がいっぱいある！！
醤油につけて一口でペロリ！スペクタクル！！！
馬すごい、乗れるし、走れば金になるし、食べれる。
私は馬面が好き。
馬、いいところしかない。
脳内にオキシトシンドバドバ出て多幸感に溢れました。
牛、豚、鶏に奪われた精肉業界に待ったをかけてほしい。
こんな美味しいお肉なかなかない。しかも鉄分、カルシウムが豊富でタンパク質も取れ脂質が少なめ。ダイエッターが泣いて喜ぶ。
熊本県民はこんな近くに馬がいるなんで…。熊なのに…（二回目）。
本当においしかったです。
お酒も飲み、サラダも頼み、そのほか色々頼んだような気がするのですが、会計の時に思ったより値段が安くて「え、やっす」となりました。
