We have a wide variety of Okonomiyaki that you can grill yourself on the iron plate at each table, including Okonomiyaki, Hiroshima-yaki, modern-yaki, and Monja-yaki, as well as side menus and Teppan-yaki (meat)! There was also an all-you-can-eat menu! Some people complain that self-grilled Okonomiyaki doesn't allow you to experience professional grilling techniques, but the best part is that you can grill it to whatever degree you like, shape it as you like, and enjoy the process of making it just like on Barbecue! This time, we had 3 types: Kansai style and Hiroshima style Monja-yaki! Even if the Kansai-style Monja-yaki is a mess, as long as it's cooked at the end, the result is okay, but the Hiroshima-style had many steps to make and was complicated and difficult (;∀;) It was amazing how forced it was at the end lol Kaze has a wide variety of toppings and is consistently delicious! I'm not very familiar with monja, but since I don't use your favorite sauce, it's much easier to enjoy! You can have a fun meal that helps you communicate!
