火の国､｢熊本｣｡今は､｢サプライズキャラクター⇒くまモン｣の故郷と言った方が､良いでしょうか～(笑)｡熊本市の繁華街､｢新市街｣｡沢山の飲食店があり､夜､歩いているだけでも楽しいです｡そんな街に､こちらのお店はあります｡店への入口は､あまり目立ちませんので､お気を付けください｡お店は､地下にあります｡階段をおりますと､右側にテラス席があります｡左側にお店のドアがあります｡ドアを開けて入りますと､長い廊下があります｡廊下の左側は､個室風のテーブル席です｡廊下の先を､左に曲がり､カウンター席へ向かうのですが～､天井から､胸の高さに､壁があります｡何故？(笑)｡その壁を､くぐって行かなければなりません～｡何故？(笑)｡お気を付けください｡私は､入る時も､出る時も､頭をぶつけました(痛)｡オーナーバーテンダーの野末さんは､髭面が怖く見えますが､陽気で個性的な方です｡その手から創られるカクテルは､美味しいです｡尊敬されるバーテンダーの方に似て､シェーカーの振りかたは､｢ハード｣です｡フードも充実していて､食事もできます｡料理も美味しいです｡
