エントランスを抜けて進むと落ち着いた雰囲気のカウンター。
オーセンティックスタイルながら、カジュアル使いできる良店。

先日福岡でノンダクレている時に、熊本のBARを教えてもらい。
熊本での食い倒れツアーへ参加した折にちょいと立ち寄り。
(*￣ー￣) ちょいと看板が読みにくくて迷いました♪
二重扉を抜けて店内へ進むと、さらにエントランスめいた空間。
そこを抜けていくと落ち着いたカウンターが広がってますね。
ベストを着込んだバーテンダーさんがにこやかに挨拶を。
この日はまだ暑かったので、ジントニックからお願いします。

ライムとトニックのさっぱりタイプは蒸し暑い時期に快適。
心地よいアルコール感でゆったり呑めますねぇ。
・季節のフルーツカクテル
いくつかある季節の果物から桃を。
ハードめのシェイクで仕上げるフルーツマティーニ仕様。
最後にレモンをピールしてカクテルグラスでいただきます。
ナチュラルな甘みが活きている本格派のBARスタイル。
とどめに島のモルトを。久しぶりのタリスカー。
アイラものとは異なるスパイシーさを伴った力強い酒。
なるほど、ノンダクレの推奨BARは参考になりますね。
