花畑町駅より徒歩3〜5分の場所にあるバー BAR STATES。
熊本飲み屋街の中でもかなりの高評価を誇る人気店。週末の夜は満席になることも多く、待ち時間ができることもあるほど人気です。
オーセンティックな雰囲気と、丁寧な接客も魅力的で、店内にクリムトやミュシャの絵画が展示されており、独特の空気感も楽しめます。
今回いただいたのは、シャインマスカットのスムージー仕立て、太秋柿のカクテル。よく熟したフルーツを使って、通常のカクテルだけでなく、ノンアルコールカクテルを作ってくれるのがBAR STATESさんの素晴らしいポイント。シャリシャリとしたフローズンのようなマスカットのカクテルや、芳醇な柿の甘味を堪能できる太秋柿のカクテルなど、季節感のあるドリンクが魅力でした！
