熊本のバーではトップクラスのオーセンティックバー。
更にシェリー界隈でも有名で、マスターとそのお弟子さんのお二人ともベネんシアドール。
お弟子さんは元々、お迎えにあるバーブルーぼ2代目なんだとか。
という事で、先ずは恒例のブレンデットスコットのハイボール。
ヘイグのオールドボトル
ザ・マッカンガス
こちらは、キーモルトだけでなく全ての原酒が公開されている珍しい一本。ウイスキー大全を眺めながら、いただきます。こういうのも面白い。
アンティクァリー
トマーティンが作るブレンデットで、トマーティン蒸溜所の原酒が主なブレンドだそう。
柔らかくまろやかな印象でした。
ハイボール3杯で喉が開いたので、シェリーに行きます。
バルデスピノ ソレラ1842 VOS
オロロソをいただきます。甘く濃厚なスイートシェリーです。
うーんおいしーん(*´∀｀*)ﾊｧ-
ため息が出る美味しさです。
マスターとこお話しも盛り上がり、
熊本地震のチャリティーボトルKBP(熊本バーテンダーズ プロジェクト)のブレンデットをすこーし頂きました。
日本のモルトとグレーンでブレンドしたウヰスキー。ジャパニーズウヰスキーのレベルも非常に高い事が感じられます。
最後に、グラッパで〆ます
ベルタ ロッカニーヴォ グラッパ ディ バルベーラ ダスティ
焦がし樽の熟成を掛けた琥珀色のグラッパ
バルベラ・ダスティなので、軽やか。
ただ、出し方・見せ方が上手。氷に横たわるグラス。少し冷やした方が、このグラッパは確かに良い
素晴らしい夜になりました(*´꒳`*)
