こちらのお店は熊本在住の知人から
『夜にオープンするケーキ屋さんあるよ』
と言われて
『もちろん行きます』
と即答しましたww
営業は18:00〜
周りは飲み屋さんが多いエリアに属するそうです
前に掲載した
『手取本町 くじら』さんの帰りにお伺いします
甘いものは別腹ということでww
お伺いは22:00ごろ
雑居ビルの2階
ケーキ屋さんというよりはカフェですね
中の装飾も素敵ですね
店内に入るとこの時間だというのに席は埋まってました
すごい人気ですね
最近夜スイーツ流行ってますしね
カウンターにショーケースがあり
色彩豊かなケーキが並べられてます
その数は十数種類です
しかもどれも魅力的で選ぶのに迷っちゃいます( ´∀｀)
テイクアウトは30分以内までとのことです
泊まったホテルが近くで良かったww
しかしお皿に移してキレイに撮りたかったですが
致し方ありません…

煎茶のダックワーズ 生クリームとカスタード
ダックワーズには濃いめの煎茶で
クリームの甘さを控え目に感じさせてくれます
そして桃が挟んでありダックワーズの乾いた感じと
桃の瑞々しさがいい塩梅です
◇ラディオ
ハーブのリキュールとチョコのムース
チョコスパイスのスポンジ
濃厚なチョコがいいですね
◇クラジューズ
ピスタチオのクリームが特徴のタルト
上にいちじくの輪切りがのってます
これも濃厚なクリームといちじくがなんとも言えない
いい相性です
フルーツとクリームってなんて至極の味わいを
醸し出してくれるんでしょうね
次回は店内で食べたいですね
