そば御膳。1800円。ランチ時は現金のみの支払い方法です。
天ぷら、そば、巻き寿司一品一品が各料理人の担当で丁寧な仕事で仕上がって出てきます。
見た目も美しい。
そばはツルツル。北海道の新そば。別のタイミングでは長崎でしたので、その時の良いものを出すこだわりのようです。
ツユも出汁の香りがたっぷり。
わさびも大根おろしもネギも良いアクセントに。
蕎麦湯もあります。
天ぷらは季節の野菜にエビ。
素材を活かした薄い衣感。
塩でいただきます。
カウンターなら巻き寿司も目の前で出来立てがいただけます。
あっさりしているのに深みのある上品な味。
お寿司セット（2000円〜3000円）なら一つ一つ出してくれます。→時と場合によるようです。２回目も同じカウンターでしたが、お皿にまとめてやってきました。
お寿司屋さんだからもちろんお茶も美味しい。
どれも良いタイミングでのサーブ。
しかし気取ったところはなく、親しみも感じさせてくれます。
清潔な店内。
（ルーティンから離れると少し困惑する事も。決まったものの中からなら問題は発生しないようです。３回目はこちらのせいにされて、少し困る事がありました。今後は無いと良いなと思います。）
元々震災後の再開ということでお邪魔しました。
材料にも気合が入っており、良いお店であるのが良く分かります。
一つ一つありがたくいただきたくなります。
素材の良さを感じるためにも禁煙はありがたい。
また訪問したいと思います。
