震災避難から約2週間ぶりに熊本に戻りました。駅正面の橋が通行止めになっていたり、いたるとこに震災ゴミが集められていました。
市内はライフラインも復旧に向かい普段の生活に戻りつつありますが、今だ営業はできないお店も多いの事でした。
ホテルも宿泊予約を受け付けしていない状況でした。
空いてるお店を予約して久しぶりの熊本です
ないと思っていた馬レバー刺しを久しぶりしで堪能しました。出荷出来なかったナスを農家さんから買い取り使用した揚げ出しや名物のリンドーポークの蒸し鍋もバツグンに美味しかったです。
その季節の旬なものを取り入れていて満足でしました。静岡由比の桜えびとアオサのかき揚げも
締めにとろろ飯を頂き満腹で夜の町へ。
熊本からの帰りに最近お気に入りの米焼酎 鳥飼を買って帰りました。
2016.12再訪問
師走になり今年最後の熊本訪問です。
忘年会終わりの21時過ぎからの利用です。
熊本城などまだ復興には時間がかかる状態でしが街中は元に戻った感じです。復興クーポン利用で旅行もしやすいです。
今回は3回目の訪問です。
刺身盛り、馬レバー刺し、あばら刺し、りんどうポークの蒸し鍋、白子ポン酢、銀ダラ西京焼き、山芋磯辺揚げをオーダー。
安定した味です。
しめは鯛わたのお茶漬けでしめました。
