海のもの、山のもの共に四季折々の季節限定メニューが用意されており、
また居酒屋の定番メニューや、定番メニューに少し趣向を凝らした料理も…
「またアレを食べに行こう。」

思い出して食べたくなる看板メニューと、
毎回変わっている旬のメニューにいつもワクワクさせられます。
・接客
元気がいいんだけど、うるさいわけではない。
コレって意外と難しんですよね。居酒屋以上、割烹未満の名に相応しい活気のよさがあります。
スタッフ同士がほとんど私語をしていない。
でもスタッフ同士の雰囲気はとてもいい。スタッフ同士の業務上の会話も
「お客様がいる場での会話」というのをちゃんとわかっている。
少なくともそう感じさせます。
子連れの時はドリンクを用意してくれたり、だし巻き卵の種類で悩んでいると、
「全部入れてお作りしましょうか^ ^」と聞いてくれたり。
おそらくマニュアルではなく、スタッフそれぞれのホスピタリティからサービスが生まれているんでしょうね( ^ω^ )
・料理
まぁ味は、文句無しにぜんぶ旨い（笑）
値段は居酒屋に毛が生えた程度なのですが、味・温度・盛り付けに至るまで完璧。
はちどりさん、ちょっとはケチつけさせてよ（笑）
強いて言えば、名物の蒸し鍋をいつも頼もうと思うのですが、夫婦二人には少し量が多くて…
多少CPが悪くなっても構わないのでハーフメニューがあるとデートのお客さんは喜ぶと思いますよ^ ^
毎回お会計後に外まで見送りに来ていただいています。
「美味しかったね。」
「また来ようね。」
気づけばまた、そんな会話を自然とかわしている。
