熊本市、大人数の呪縛から解き放たれて、いつもの友人と軽く飲める場所を探します。
とは言っても、事前にリサーチをしていたのですが、行ってみると早じまいされていまして…
トボトボと他のお店に歩いて行っている途中に見つけたこちらのお店。
雰囲気が良くて美味しそうな予感がぷんぷん。
席を見ると、10時ぐらいでしたが、満席満席～。カウンターにちょこっと空きがあるということで、初潜入して来ました。
まだ新しいお店だと思いましたが、オープンしてから数年は経過しているとのことでした。
カウンターに座り、メニューを拝見するとバル的なメニューでして、なかなかに創作心もあります。
何よりお酒を意識しているメニュー構成が堪らなく良いですね！
この日は飲んで飲んでの日でしたけど、まだ飲みますよ！
とりあえずワインをお願いしましたが、バゲットが今一つな感じはしましたがお通しはワインにぴったりでうれしー。
メニューの中から、真ダコのガルシア風と、洋食屋さんのおうどんを頼んでみることに。
ちなみに、迷って注文しなかったのは、牛ホルモンのアヒージョ、ホロホロ鳥のグリル。
前者は見たことがない新しいアヒージョ、後者はこういうお手軽なお店でホロホロ鳥って珍しい気がしましたので。
次回の注文候補です。
真ダコのガルシア風は、野菜と組み合わせて彩鮮やかに提供されます。
スパイス効いていますね。蛸もぷりっとした食感。
最近洋風うどんに凝っている私…ついつい頼んでしまいました。
麺自体はやはりこの手の専門店と比較すると…というところはありますが、味の方向性は洋の専門店だけあってセンスあるなぁと思います。
池袋の専門店や、つるとんたんを意識したメニューでしょうかね。
マスターは実年齢よりも1周りはお若く見えます！
接客もゆるしっかりな感じで、居心地良いですよ。
女子率高いのですが、男子でもまったりできる良店だと思いますが、予約は必須だと思います。
