This is the breakfast buffet at the hotel where I stayed for the first time. There was a wide selection of Japanese and Western Western Cuisine, so it was hard to choose, but I ordered the standard salads and side Side Dishes. There was a wide variety of dishes, including Kumamoto specialty side Side Dishes and miso soup with plenty of local vegetables, so I ended up overeating in the morning. My favorites were the pumpkin soup and the hotel-like curry. I thought everything was delicious, so I had seconds of the pumpkin soup and curry. They also had natto, a breakfast staple. Mentaiko and seaweed tsukudani are also great accompaniments to rice. There was also fruit and yogurt for dessert. It seems they have a lunch buffet at lunchtime, so I'd like to come for lunch next time.
