スパークリングワインで乾杯。
真鯛のフリット、ふわふわで下味がしっかりしてるので、レモンだけ美味しい。
熊本県産のあか牛は見事な仕上がり！キッチリ赤い部分が残ってて、柔らかい！岩塩とワサビで頂きました。
お料理も美味しいし、ワインリストも多いのでついつい飲み過ぎました。
