I visited "Terracotta" for the first time. After making an online reservation the day before on Tabelog, I received a call back from the restaurant to confirm my seat, which I was very grateful for. Although we arrived a little earlier than the scheduled time, we were welcomed warmly. We ordered ``Tuna and Avocado Tartare,'' ``Genovese Cream with Seasonal Vegetables,'' ``Tender Spare Ribs,'' and ``Squid Ink Rice Croquette.'' First of all, we had the ``Tender Spare Ribs.'' The bone-in meat was well-seasoned and very tender. The distinct flavor makes it the perfect accompaniment to alcohol. Makes me want to drink beer or wine. Next was the ``Tuna and Avocado Tartare.'' I was surprised by the visuals, which were completely different from what I expected. Tuna, tomatoes, onions, and avocado are finely chopped and seasoned like tar sauce. The style of eating tartar on bread. This was very delicious. Rather than the presence of tuna, the refreshing and mellow tartar flavor of the tomato, avocado, and onion went very well with the bread. And ``Seasonal Vegetable Genovese Cream.'' Today's vegetables are zucchini, snack peas, eggplant, and rape blossoms combined with a special basil-flavored sauce. Homemade white sauce was added to the Genovese sauce to create a creamy and delicious dish. It went well with the plenty of seasonal vegetables. I was full at this point, but I was curious about the blackboard menu, so I ordered an additional ``Squid Ink Rice Croquette.'' ``Squid ink rice Croquette'' This also had a different visual than I expected. There was a generous amount of tomato cream sauce spread underneath the 5 small Croquette, about 3 cm in diameter. Inside Croquette was rice coated with black squid ink. The taste is like a sour tomato sauce. I wanted to find out what the taste of squid ink was like, but honestly I couldn't really tell because it had a strong tomato sauce taste. Personally, I thought it would have been nice if the sauce was placed in a separate dish. The pasta menu with over 80 types of homemade pasta sauce was very appealing. I enjoyed the creative snacks and the CP was good. I was super full. If you want to eat pasta, I think this restaurant is good. I'll see you again. Thank you for the meal. Thank you♪\(^^)/
