ドーナツ棒
このお菓子は、熊本の街のあちこちで見かけますね。
会社の同僚から、お菓子の差し入れで、もらいました。
早速いただくと、ふ菓子が、ギュっと詰まった感じです。
でも、カチカチではなく、硬めのドーナツのような食感です。
柔らかくなったかりんとうのような食感でもありますね。
中の生地の半分くらいまで黒糖が染みてて、しっかりと味がついています。
ちょっと小腹が空いたときに、コーヒー、緑茶のどちらでも合いそうです。

熊本にいたときには、よく見かけたこちらの「黒糖 ドーナツ棒」を近所のスーパーで見かけました。
早速いただくと、かなり黒糖の甘みが強いです。
長細くて柔らかくなった、黒糖のサーターアンダギーのような感じです。
