師走も押し迫る年末、クライアント様への挨拶回りで新幹線。
時間があれば、奥の飲食街でランチでも出来るのだが、急ぎの案件、改札横の「まるうまうどん」へ飛び込む
いつもうどん屋さんでは「肉ゴボウ」なのだが、表の看板で「火の国うどん」なるものが。
「熊本を代表する馬肉を煮込み、辛しレンコンと八代日奈久のちくわをトッピングした熊本名物を味わえる一品」だそうだ。
まっ折角なので「火の国」いきますか！食券機でチケット購入。うどんとソバ両方あるのであえて今回は「火の国そば」570円で！
流石駅うどん！速さもウリの一つ、ものの１～2分で着丼！
どこにでもある、駅の立ち食い、変わらないカツオベースの優しい出汁、しかし！
流石「火の国」スジ肉ではあるが「馬肉」を使い、インパクトありありの辛しレンコンが3枚、若干小さめのちくわが数枚、後はネギとワカメ。
ソバはいつもの冷凍ソバかな？
しかし、ビュジアル的にはインパクト大である、県外のお客さんには受けるであろう。
お味は、駅の立ち食いうどんですが、570円のクオリティとは思えない豪華な具材と温かい出汁に満足です。
