熊本駅で朝食
パンの気分でも たまごご飯でも無く…うどんの文字へ
いつも通るこの場所にうどん屋さんあることは知ってたけど 初めて
自販機横の営業時間お知らせ読むと
まるまうどんって…… 平成にあるコシの強い讃岐うどん あそこの支店？ と。
かけうどんに決めて SUGOCAでピッと して店内入ると 注文通ってるんだね カウンターに割り箸と、お冷グラスが。
既にカウンター端で食事中の方一名
男性おひとりで 営業しつつ 昼のうどんタイムに準備してる感じ 天ぷら色よく揚がってました
片手鍋に まだ真っ赤な 牛肉に入り 着火
そんなんやりつつ わたしのうどん茹で上がり 積んである丼１つとり、麺に 出汁をかけ、容器からネギをひとすくい あとひとすくい ちくわ、ワカメを、散らし カウンターへ
受け取った丼、熱く無い…
割り箸を割り、食べる うどん ぬるい…
出汁飲んでみても アチアチにならない…
ネギが ちくわが ワカメが 冷やしてあったと思われます❗️
人一倍 熱いものは より熱く食べたい体質でもあるので 残念…
出汁は ちょい醤油辛い 麺は やや細い やや柔らか かな
もう一口飲めば 温かいかな、と思っても レンゲですくうと ネギが邪魔をする…
メニュー多くはないのに タイピーエンまで ありなのは 駅だから 県外の方へ 熊本の味を提供したいからですよね
あと まるまうどんさんとは 全く関係ありませんでした〜
麺もつゆも全くちがいます（笑）
こちらは まるうまうどん さんです！
それにしても看板に名前無いなんて…
