熊本駅改札内からも外からも入れる店構え。
入口には大きなタテのれん。
福岡からの移動でお昼に到着して店内に。看板メニューの太平燕を食す。ちゃんぽん具材はそのままで麺が春雨に変わった、サラッとしたしょうゆ味のスープは少し甘めに感じた。夜を考えて少し軽めの食事にはピッタリ。
