いろんなサイトを調べたが一番面白そうで近かったこの店をチョイス
もちろん6000円コース
電話で予約すると必ず一度は来てくださいとのこと、
新市街のMUGENという手羽先やさんの地価にこのお店はありました
お店の雰囲気も南国風で落ち着いた感じ
スタッフさんと会議 何かメモを取られる
何がすきなのか 彼女の趣味 どういった感じでしてほしいのか
コースの量 魚がすきなど
この際サンプルではないが数品食べることもできお酒も飲めました
もちろんお支払いは無し スゴイ
当日 ホテルに来たかのような感覚を受けました。
予約のウェルカムカード お手製のお品書きもちろん手書き
コースにもお刺身が入っていたし（グランドメニューを見たが魚料理普段入っていませんでした）
デザート時には特製のサプライズのプレート
写真を撮って さらに写真を額縁に入れてメッセージ入りのお土産
ワインを飲むといったのでこれもまたオリジナルのワインボトルのお土産
何ですかここ？喜ばせることには手を抜かないんですね。
ここ正直言って鳥肌立ちます
