My companion requested "shabu shabu" and I was forced to choose between Yuzuan, Shabuha, MK, or Warm Vegetables. The deciding factor was that this was the only place that only served warm vegetables and "Beef Offal"!! And it was even the cheapest course!!! As an offal nu, you can't call yourself an offal girl without trying it. Let's go hungry! This is the only place in Kumamoto that serves warm vegetables. The seats are separated by doors and curtains, so it feels more private than other shabu shabu restaurants. The good thing is that there are plenty of vegetables! You can eat endless amounts of "thick shiitake mushrooms" which are expensive if you buy them!! As for the offal, if you buy it at a supermarket, the fat melts away and disappears, but the offal here remains white and plump even after cooking! Of course, it's not as plump as a Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) specialty restaurant, but it's about the same quality as a regular Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) 's "winter limited Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)", so I was very satisfied! It's hard to find this quality at a supermarket or butcher, much less buy it, but this all-you-can-eat beef tripe is so expensive! I want to scream, "HORMOOOOOOON!" (in the style of Hamburg Master)! (I didn't scream it though!) Compared to Yuzuan, it loses in terms of the quality of the Sushi, variety of snacks, and quality of desserts, and there is a limit of one dessert for Onyasai, but it wins in terms of the quality and variety of meat, the variety of soups to choose from, and the abundance of vegetables!
