熊本2日目の晩飯です(^ ^)‼︎
実はこの日、行ってみたい馬刺し屋にTELするも全部満卓( ﾟдﾟ)‼︎
マジかぁ…よっしゃ、第2候補‼︎と電話したのは、僕がこよなく愛する焼鳥屋さん(^O^)‼︎
その中でも熊本が誇るブランド鶏『天草大王』のみを扱うこちらのお店『天草大王専門店とさか』さんに電話してみると、1人OKとの事でさっそくお邪魔しました(^O^)ノ
場所は熊本初心者なんでよく分かりませんが、丁度熊本城を横から見た辺りにあります（笑）
20:30頃訪問、少し繁華街から離れた所にあるからか、先客は女性のお客さん1組でした‼︎
本日はコースは無いとの事だったので、アラカルトで鶏肉全部と（笑）うずら、それとつまみでレバ刺しと白子ポン酢を注文しました(^O^)ノ
お酒は珍しくカールスバーグの生ビール(^ ^)‼︎
まずはレバ刺しが運ばれてきました‼︎
いやーレバ刺し食べられるだけで有り難いのに、天草大王のレバーときたもんだ(^O^)‼︎
当然ごま油と塩で和えてあって、まいう〜極まりない♪♪
続いて白子ポン酢‼︎
こちらは軽く低温調理されてる感じです(^ ^)
この白子も天草大王だって言うんだから泣けてきます（笑）
はいレバ刺しも白子も全く臭みなんか無いですよー(^O^)ノ
ここでセットを頼んだ覚えは無いですが、セットのサラダが運ばれてきました（笑）
ビールをおかわりし、ここからは串モノです‼︎
今回頂いたのが…
・さがり
・ももみ
・つくね
・ちょうちん
・ぼんじり
・すなぎも
・うずら
・てばさき
どれも素材の味を邪魔しないように薄めに塩を振った程度だった(^ ^)♪♪
その肉質はどれも素晴らしく、脂っこくもなく淡白で、何本でもイケちゃう感じの鶏だった(^ ^)♪♪
ただね、やはり比内地鶏を食べた時にも感じたが、肉質がサッパリ過ぎるかなー、普段のブロイラーや脂のノッたブランド鶏等食べてると物足りなく感じるかな（汗）
上品過ぎる焼鳥…やっぱり出汁を取るのに適してる鶏なのかなー…そんな感じがしました‼︎
最後に頼んだ鶏スープを飲んで、そう感じたかな(^ ^)‼︎
お酒はレモンサワーを挟んで1杯だけ日本酒‼︎
・雲雀（ひばり）純米吟醸（熊本県・通潤酒造）
さ、明日は朝早くから出かけて観光するからこの後どうするか…多分キャバは行かないです（笑）
ただ〆はもしかしたら食べに行くかも♪♪
