熊本の旅、以前から地鶏の天草大王に興味があり市街でも扱っているお店があると知り、当日の夜に連絡したところ空きがありアラカルトならば可能とのお返事をいただき早速やきとりの「とさか」へ!!
お店は清潔感があり天井が高くゆったりした空間です。
鶏と野菜を7本にビールをオーダー、お通しは野菜サラダですがみずみずしく新鮮です。
やきとりはもも肉からスタート、皮はパリッパリで肉はジューシーで旨味が濃い!!
さすが天草大王、ねぎまににつくねなどどれを食べても歯ごたえがあり旨味が強いです。
その中でも、もも肉はシンプルに塩で焼き上げ天草大王の旨味を引き出しています、最後にもも肉を追加して天草大王を満喫!!
ぜひまた行きたいお店が増えました。
