We offer a wide variety of menu items, including not only horse sashimi, but also yakiniku, shabu-shabu, steak, sushi, and Kumamoto local cuisine. We also have a wide variety of shochu and sake produced in Kumamoto Prefecture. Located in the center of Kumamoto's downtown area, it is easily accessible. The Uma Sakura Group's Izakaya Kan, which offers Uma Sakura quality horse sashimi, horse meat creative dishes, and authentic Chinese cuisine, is also open and lively, just a two-minute walk from the Uma Sakura Ginza Street store.
