銀座通り沿いにある塩ラーメン専門店。
と書いておきながらですが、立て看板に冷麺の文字を見つけ伺いました。
今回はすだち冷麺を注文。
冷麺は、つけ麺のようにラーメンと共用ではなく、冷麺用のものを使われています。
ただ、スープは明らかに濃縮で、酸味が結構なしつこさ。
すだちが写真に比べると寂しかったのもあって、これならカルディで…と思ってしまいました。
レギュラーメニューがしっかりしているだけに、かなりの落差。
基本のラーメンはしっかりしているので、食べるなら絶対にそちらがおすすめ。
