かつて西銀座通りか、銀座通りの半地下の目立たない、ボロいビルの中にあった麺屋かもめ。

移転したのは知ってたが、移転先にびっくり。

グーグルマップを頼りに行ったら、なんじゃこりゃーー！！

下通のアーケードの一番目立つ場所に移転してる。

近くにはカラオケ館や、すし鮮、すしざんまい、馬桜と、まさに下通の１丁目１番地。

肥後銀行や、福岡銀行、西日本シティ銀行、大概馬肉酒場三村などがある下通の超超超ど真ん中。

福岡に置き換えたら大名の路地裏からパルコの所に移転したような、まさにシンデレラストーリー。

そんな麺屋かもめ。

鶏ガラとホタテから出汁をとったキリッとした塩ラーメン。

熊本産の野菜をふんだんに使用したスープで、旨味があとを引き、たまらない美味しさ。

熊本は水がキレイなので、肉も魚も野菜も米も女性も全て美味しい。

福岡、長崎、大分、宮崎、鹿児島…

各地いろんなグルメがある中で、熊本は馬刺しと辛子蓮根ぐらいしかないけど、銘柄はついてなくても何もかも美味しい熊本。

大好きな熊本。

九州ネット早特７という、出発日の７日前までにインターネットで切符を予約すれば、最安値で２３７０円で博多から熊本へ行ける。

行きつけの居酒屋瀬戸、キャサリンズバー、たっちあっぷと渡り歩き、

熊本の夜を飾るのは麺やかもめ。


熊本の繁華街、花畑町の半地下みたいなところにある。


こちらは鶏塩ラーメンのお店で、チャーシューも鶏チャーシュー。

うまいのだが、ナニかが足らない…

でもうまい。

チャーシュー丼は少し、いやかなり塩辛い。

ごちそうさまでした。
