熊本の繁華街、下通りの真ん中にあるラーメン屋さん。
かなり目立つ場所にあるので１回行ってみたかったので行ってみた。
店内に入るとまず券売機があるので食券を買って着席。
ウリである塩ラーメンを注文。
程なくして着丼。
食べ進めてみると麺とスープがミスマッチ感が。。。
スープはそんなに悪くないのだが麺が固め。
たまたまなのかな？
麺のクオリティーを上げると結構変わる気が。
あまり好みではありませんでした。
