熊本はホテルキャッスルの斎藤さんのお弟子さんたちが多いのでしょうか、そのためか四川料理がとても強いのです。
競合店の多い四川料理激戦区にあって、ランチで気炎を上げるいいお店です。
カシューナッツ炒め、麻婆豆腐、ここらへんでかなり悩むのですが、それはその日の気分で。
しっかりデザートまでついているし、女子会にもおすすめはますよ。
