以前イタリアンのお店だった場所に焼鳥屋さんが出来ていました。
鳥皮が美味しいということで訪問しました。
鳥皮の塩・タレ
砂ズリ、身、ハツ、セセリ、鳥ハラミなど串を中心に注文します。
この辺の鳥串は100円弱で安かったです。
この日はカルビ串もあったので注文しました。
付き出しは里芋の煮物。
味が濃いめだけど美味しいです。
付き出しは別にいらないけど付き出しが美味しいと他の料理にも期待が高まりますよね。
さて鳥皮ですが螺旋状に巻いてある？特徴のあるかたち。
外側はカリッとしてますが皮の歯応えも残してあり食感がいいです。
私の中での鳥皮ランキング上位でした。
他の串もレベルが高く、個人的には
鳥ハラミが好きでした。
飲み物、一品料理もリーズナブルでまた行きたいと思いました。
